Prepare your artwork right the first time. Below you'll find all the file formats, resolution and colour profile requirements for printing advertising stands.
Accepted files
File formats
Recommended
PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 standards. All fonts embedded, links inactive.
Adobe Illustrator
Vector format. All fonts converted to outlines. Embedded image must be CMYK.
Rastrinis
Uncompressed or LZW. CMYK colour mode. Suitable for high-resolution photos.
Photoshop
Layers can be combined or separate. CMYK colour mode, ≥ 100 DPI.

RGB files are converted automatically — colour shifts are possible. Send CMYK files instead.
Bleed
≥ 5 cm
From each side of the stand. Prevents white edges after trimming.
Safe zone
≥ 10 cm
Key elements (logo, text) must be ≥ 10 cm from the edge of the stand.

File in CMYK colour mode (not RGB)
Required resolution according to stand size
Required bleed: ≥ 5 cm on each side
All fonts converted to curves or embedded
Uncompressed photos (JPEG quality ≥ 9)
The colours used comply with brand guidelines
Striking contrasts — the stand is visible from 30–100 m away
Text at least 60 mm high (visible from 50 m)
