Service Provider — IĮ OWEXX (company code 145142350, VAT payer code LT451423510, registered office: Žemaitės g. 5, Šiauliai). Email: info@owexx.lt, tel. +370 644 77771.

Client — a natural or legal person submitting an enquiry or entering into a contract for OWEXX advertising services.

These terms of use apply to all services provided by OWEXX: rental of outdoor advertising spaces, advertising production (video clips, banner production), radio, television, airport advertising and other OWEXX network services.

An enquiry submitted by the Client via the website, email or other channels is considered an offer to conclude a contract, but it is not a final order.

An OWEXX manager contacts the Client within 1–2 business days, confirms availability, discusses the terms and provides an individual offer.

The contract is considered concluded when the Client confirms the offer in writing (by email or by signing a document) and pays the advance payment (if applicable).

Individual services (LED screen network, advertising stands, airport advertising, radio, television, etc.) may have additional terms provided when concluding a specific contract.

Prices indicated on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the season, the selected period, the scope of services and individual terms.

All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated. VAT (21%) is added to the final invoice.

Payment terms are set individually in each contract — usually: an advance payment (30–50%) upon conclusion of the contract, with the balance due before the start of the service or according to the schedule set out in the contract.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account specified by OWEXX. The invoice is issued within 5 business days of the provision of the service or according to the agreed schedule.

In the event of late payment of an invoice, OWEXX reserves the right to suspend the provision of services and to charge 0.05% late interest on the unpaid amount for each day of delay.

The Client must submit the advertising materials at least 3 business days before the start of the advertising campaign, unless otherwise agreed.

The materials must comply with OWEXX technical requirements (format, resolution, file size). The requirements are provided with the offer or on the page /reklamos-plotai/reklamos-stendai/techniniai-reikalavimai.

If the Client fails to submit the materials on time or they do not meet the requirements, OWEXX is not responsible for a delay in the start of the campaign. No refunds will be made.

OWEXX reserves the right to refuse to distribute content that contradicts the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, public morality or OWEXX values.

The Client may cancel a confirmed order at least 14 calendar days before the start of the campaign — in this case the advance payment is refunded, less an administration fee (up to 10% of the advance amount).

If cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the campaign, the advance payment is not refunded.

Changes to the campaign dates or scope are possible upon agreement with an OWEXX manager and only if the schedule allows. Additional fees may apply.

OWEXX reserves the right to cancel or change the service due to force majeure circumstances — in this case the Client is refunded a proportionate share of the amounts paid.

OWEXX is responsible for the compliance of the services provided with the terms set out in the contract.

OWEXX is not responsible for advertising results (number of purchases, sales growth or other commercial indicators).

The maximum liability of OWEXX to the Client may not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the respective service.

The Client is responsible for compliance with all legislation (advertising law, copyright, trademarks) in the advertising materials submitted.

The personal data provided by the Client (name, surname, email, phone number, company details) are processed for the purposes of performing the contract and communication.

The data are stored in accordance with the OWEXX Privacy Policy (/privatumo-politika) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Client has the right to access their data, correct it or request its deletion. Requests should be sent to info@owexx.lt.

Advertising materials created by OWEXX (designs, video clips, texts) remain the property of OWEXX until full payment is made. After payment, the rights of use are transferred to the Client to the extent set out in the contract.

The Client guarantees that the advertising materials submitted do not infringe the copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties. The Client assumes all liability in this regard.

These terms of use are valid from the day of their publication on the website and apply to all enquiries submitted and contracts concluded thereafter.

OWEXX reserves the right to amend these terms, informing about this on the website. The amendments do not affect contracts already concluded.

Specific service contracts concluded take precedence over these general terms in matters that they regulate differently.

The parties shall endeavour to resolve disputes through negotiation. Please contact us first at info@owexx.lt.

If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the location of the OWEXX registered office (Šiauliai).

Consumers (natural persons) also have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or to use the EU dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
