About the position
Key responsibilities of the IT Technician: software installation and configuration, monitoring of company devices, technical support, troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution; installation and maintenance of network equipment; servicing of computer workstations; hardware and software maintenance; assisting colleagues and advising them on IT matters.
Requirements
- Higher or higher education (in the field of information technology)
- 3 years of work experience in the field of information technology, in an equivalent or similar position
- Not afraid of heights (the job may require working at low heights)
- Responsibility, attention to detail
- Initiative, ability to solve problems effectively
